Jin San stands out from the crowd because of its excelent quality and flavours. The chef combines traditional japanese cuisine with the spicy flavours of China and the Korean sweet and sour twist.
If you are reserving a table, I recommend that you ask for the one outside because of their intimate and cozy atmosphere.

Hibashi: This dish is delightful! Very thin raw layers Rib Eye seazoned asian style, it also comes with broccoli and zucchinni. They bring you a traditional grill so you can cook it yourself. Withought a doubt a great way to start a meal.
Jin San has a variety of of options for sushi. I had already tried the Avocado Maki (which is prepared with eel) and the Chips Maki (which is made with tempura shrimp and their special dynamite sauce). These are very good options, however, on this ocation we decided to take a risky choice. We ordered the "rasurado" rolls. These rolls have Kanikama (surimi) on the inside and on the outside they can come with tuna, robalo, shrimp and octopus. They are prepared with onion, parsley, chili, lemon and sauces.
At fisrt I didn't know what to expect out of this dish, I think it is not very often you come across a succesful mix of oriental and western flavours. However, this dish was a very good surprise. The flavours are definetely different but I would recommend you try it.
A combination of seafood and thin slices of Rib Eye that you cook on a hot pot with noodles, wwhat more coul you ask for? This dish took me back to the heart of Beijing where I could find a hot pot reataurant on every corner. I definitely recommend you try this one.
Jin San is a excelent good choice if you are in the mood for some delicious asian food. The food was a little slow but overall the service was great. I highly recommend you try it for yourself.
